    Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley usually takes up to 2 days and for other locations in Nepal up to 4 days, depending upon your area.

    Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery in all locations. If you wish to pay online, we can provide the necessary payment mechanisms such as eSewa and bank payments.

  • Are your products genuine?
    Yes, all our products are 100% genuine and sourced through trusted suppliers. We do not sell fake or refurbished items as new.

  • What if the product is damaged or not working?
    If the product arrives damaged or is not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund policy.
